Reliableguidehub s.r.o., Company No. 19 482 736, with its registered office at Pařížská 67/11, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic (the "Controller"), processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data.
1. Scope of processed data
We process the following categories of data provided when you subscribe to the newsletter or create an account: full name, e-mail address, IP address, device type and browsing behaviour data (cookies). We do not process special categories of data.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications and information about new residential projects (legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and based on the Controller's legitimate interest in the security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of your consent, but no longer than 5 years from the last contact. After this period, the data is securely anonymised or deleted.
4. Recipients of the data
We share your data only with vetted processors: e-mail provider (Mailerlite Ltd., Ireland), hosting provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) and analytics services (Google Ireland Ltd.). Data is not transferred to third countries outside the EU/EEA.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time at privacy@reliableguidehub.com. Complaints may be lodged with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
