These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Reliableguidehub s.r.o., Company No. 19 482 736, with its registered office at Pařížská 67/11, 110 00 Prague 1 (the "Operator"), and users of the reliableguidehub.com website.
1. Subject of the service
The website provides informational and educational content on real estate crowdfunding in the Czech Republic. The website itself does not serve as a platform for concluding investment contracts or as a public offer of investment securities.
2. Registration and newsletter
By subscribing to the newsletter you agree to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the footer of each e-mail.
3. Intellectual property
All content (texts, graphics, photographs, the "Reliableguidehub" trademark) is protected by Czech Copyright Act No. 121/2000 Coll. and EU regulations. Reproduction without the prior written consent of the Operator is prohibited.
4. Liability and risks
Investing in real estate projects involves the risk of losing part or all of your capital. Information on the website is informational in nature and does not constitute investment advice within the meaning of Czech Act No. 256/2004 Coll. on capital market undertakings.
5. Regulation and supervision
Reliableguidehub s.r.o. is a registered crowdfunding service provider under Regulation (EU) 2020/1503. Supervision is exercised by the Czech National Bank (cnb.cz).
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
Contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved by the general courts of the Czech Republic. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).
7. Final provisions
The Operator reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at reliableguidehub.com/en/terms. These Terms enter into force on 5 January 2026.
